Clear Blue Filtration’s 5-Round Commercial Grade cartridge filter housings are designed for industrial and commercial applications requiring efficient particulate removal and dependable filtration performance. The housings accept standard 2.5-inch diameter cartridge filters and are available in multiple cartridge lengths—10″, 20″, 30″, and 40″—providing flexibility for a wide range of flow rates and filtration requirements.

Standard models utilize a side inlet and bottom outlet configuration to encourage efficient flow distribution and simplify system plumbing. The five-cartridge configuration increases filtration surface area while maintaining a compact footprint suitable for many
processing environments.

These housings are available in carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, or 316 stainless steels. Material selection can be tailored to the process fluid, operating environment, and cost considerations.

Carbon steel models are coated with a corrosion-resistant epoxy primer followed by a CBF Blue polyurethane topcoat to provide durable protection in demanding environments. Stainless steel models are bead blasted to produce a uniform matte finish and include a Viton O-ring seal as standard for improved chemical compatibility and sealing reliability.

Each housing utilizes robust closure hardware with carbon steel B7 eyebolts and eye nuts for secure lid retention while allowing straightforward servicing. Internal cartridge support components are constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel to ensure
proper alignment and reliable filtration media support.

All housings are fabricated with attention to detail and structural integrity, meeting ASME pressure vessel requirements and supplied U-stamped and National Board registered.
